Job summary
Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain seeks a General Manager to lead our Boulder dispensary, overseeing operations, compliance, inventory, and sales strategies. You will build a high-performing team aligned with HEART values and drive exceptional customer experiences.
This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s in business or related field, 5+ years of retail management, and cannabis industry experience preferred. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and staff development while ensuring customer service
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in retail management.
- Cannabis industry experience preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Strong people management and development.
- Customer service excellence; supervising retail associates; handling invoices and cash.
- Proficiency with HR systems, timekeeping, POS, and MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction to the dispensary team.
- Ensure daily operations meet performance metrics and customer expectations.
- Oversee product merchandising and store layout.
- Develop staff schedules to meet business needs.
- Monitor supply chain logistics to optimize product availability.
- Lead budget development and financial performance reporting.
