Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years retail management experience, cannabis industry preferred.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain MED badge in Colorado.
• Strong leadership, people development, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with HR systems, timesheets, POS, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the dispensary team.
• Oversee operations to meet performance metrics and customer expectations.
• Oversee product merchandising and store layout.
• Develop staff schedules for business needs and service excellence.
• Monitor supply chain and reduce stockouts.
• Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
