Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and pass a background check.
• Minimum two years experience in retail customer service.
• Professional knowledge and working experience of cannabis products from a regulated retail or medical distribution center are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in reaching all store objectives daily.
• Oversee all cash functions and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Lead in building, coach on KPIs and sales goals, and train new team members.
