Job summary

Qualifications

• Key holder experience preferred
• Cannabis product knowledge is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership potential

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in reaching store objectives daily
• Oversee cash functions and perform opening/closing procedures
• Lead and coach team members on KPIs and sales goals
• Ensure high level of customer service and issue resolution
• Support neighboring stores as needed and travel as required
