Job summary

The Apothecarium, a leading cannabis retailer established in 2011, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage back-of-house store operations including vault control, inventory balancing, and seed-to-sale tracking across Metrc and POS systems.

You will lead inventory counts, coordinate with GM/AGM, ensure regulatory compliance, and support product receiving, transfers, and preparation. Competitive benefits and a supportive team are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of cannabis dispensary experience.
• Strong computer and math skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Flexible with schedule.
• Ability to pass a full background check.
• Compliance with state and company regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage vault and shrink control.
• Oversee inventory balancing between licenses (Metrc and POS).
• Process receiving, transfers, and product preparation.
• Lead inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Maintain ECOM pre-orders and web orders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate seed-to-sale tracking.
• Coordinate with GM/AGM to drive order fulfillment and efficiency.
• Support front-of-house stock and customer engagement as needed.
