Qualifications

• Passion for and knowledgeable about Cannabis.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising training, quality and customer service in retail.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in partnership with Co-Managers and GM.
• Deliver TRP customer experience to each customer and patient.
• Oversee inventory management and processing on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Set clear sales volume and KPI goals with GM and Co-Managers.
• Maintain visual presentation standards and assist with product launches.
• Train and supervise Inventory Associates.
