Job summary

The Lead is responsible for leading the team in partnership with the Co-Manager(s) and General Manager (GM) to deliver the TRP customer experience. You will supervise inventory control, receive and document deliveries, and ensure high visual presentation across the store.

This part-time role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, knowledge of cannabis products, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Passion for and knowledge of Cannabis culture and products.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising in retail.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities
