Job summary

The Apothecarium in Maplewood, NJ is seeking a full-time Floor Supervisor to provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to our patients. Floor Supervisors assist patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations through product selection, potency, dosing, and administration.

This role supports opening/closing procedures, nightly operations, and leadership activities while maintaining product knowledge and compliance with state guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service/retail experience required.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Cannabis industry experience a plus.
• Flexibility with evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and customers with cannabis recommendations, dosing, and consumption methods.
• Maintain product knowledge and provide timely, accurate information to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain patient confidentiality and security.
• Develop strong relationships with patients and caregivers and anticipate needs.
• Follow policies for customer service, staff management, inventory, cash handling and safety.
