MMD Inc in Redwood City, CA is seeking self-motivated cannabis enthusiasts for our new location. This full-time role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience while learning our products and policies.

As Shift Lead you will own the sale floor, supervise staff, handle cash, coach teammates, stock displays, and ensure the store runs smoothly during openings and closings, even during busy holidays and nights.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+.
• Must be reliable.
• Available on weekends and holidays, with evenings.
• Open availability including holidays, weekends, and nights.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale floor, greet customers professionally.
• Deploy staff, coordinate breaks, count cash drawers.
• Coach employees in assessing customer needs.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and ring up merchandise.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide product knowledge to help customers make purchasing decisions.
• Ensure health, safety, operations, and security policies are followed.
• Open/close store and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
