Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or keyholder experience strongly preferred.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store leadership team and guide Retail Associates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming, professional environment.
• Address customer concerns, complaints, and returns with professionalism.
• Coach and develop employees and reinforce company standards.
• Communicate daily priorities, promotions, and operational updates to the team.
• Assist management in maintaining efficient workflows, accountability, and positive team culture.
• Support daily opening, closing, and shift operations per procedures.
• Oversee inventory transfers, restocking, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage cash handling, returns, and register discrepancies.
• Ensure compliant transactions and POS procedures.
• Maintain compliant sales floor with regulatory requirements.
