The role involves coaching staff, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and guiding customers with product knowledge while handling POS transactions and daily duties. This position emphasizes teamwork and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
• Ability to coach and influence others.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership in achieving sales goals and business growth.
• Lead by example and promote a service-minded retail environment.
• Demonstrate cannabis product knowledge and guide customers for positive experiences.
• Open/close the store as needed and assign tasks to meet daily demands.
• Train and coach the retail team on all tasks including customer intake, sales, inventory, and POS transactions.
• Provide timely coaching and escalate employee concerns to leadership.
