Job summary

JARS Cannabis is seeking a friendly, tech-savvy Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers. You will check in patients per state requirements, create profiles, and assist where needed. Training will occur through JARS University both virtually and in-person at our mock-store facility.

The role requires a calm, organized multitasker who can thrive in a busy setting, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Full-time and part-time roles are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in retail, sales or hospitality.
• 1 year of administrative/front desk experience.
• Must be 21+ and have strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Verify customers' legal age and register new customers in POS.
• Check purchase allotments at check-in.
• Promote the JARS brand and welcome guests in-store.
• Handle curbside and online orders as needed.
• Answer calls with professional etiquette and provide product/store information.
• Maintain compliance with state and CRA requirements.
• Open, mid-day and close tasks; upkeep of reception area.
