JARS Cannabis in Michigan seeks a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming experience and compliant check-ins for patients. Training is conducted through JARS University, both virtual and in-store.

Responsibilities include POS check-ins, customer inquiries, and promoting the loyalty program, with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced cannabis retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in retail, sales, or hospitality.
• 1 year of front desk receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify customers' age requirements and register new customers in the POS system.
• Check purchasing allotments and assist with curbside and online orders.
• Greet and assist guests, promote the JARS brand, and provide store information.
• Maintain compliance with Michigan and CRA guidelines in all interactions.
• Support opening, mid-day, and closing tasks and general reception upkeep.
