AYR Wellness, Inc. is seeking a Patient Advocate to deliver an extraordinary customer experience in our Florida dispensary. You will engage with patients and adult-use customers, guiding them through premium cannabis products with empathy and accuracy.

You’ll support store leadership, assist with operations, and uphold all regulatory policies while maintaining a welcoming, compliant environment that prioritizes customer care and teamwork.

Formación

• Must adhere to all state cannabis agency policies.
• Must meet age requirement as per state regulations.
• Able to pass background checks as required by state cannabis agency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide knowledge and guidance to customers about premium cannabis products offered.
• Resolve customer questions or concerns quickly and coordinate with management as needed.
• Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill customer orders using POS and inventory systems in compliance with policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized dispensary and a welcoming, customer-first environment.
• Meet daily sales targets through personalized product recommendations and exceptional service.
• Support management in ensuring procedures reflect regulatory and compliance standards.
