Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years experience in cannabis retail preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in hospitality, pharmacy, customer service or retail.
• Ability to accommodate varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Pass background checks as required by state cannabis agency.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and guidance to customers on Premium Cannabis products.
• Resolve customer questions quickly and communicate unresolved concerns to management.
• Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill customer orders using POS and inventory systems.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and compliant dispensary environment with a customer-first focus.
• Meet or exceed daily sales metrics and contribute to team sales targets.
• Support management to ensure regulatory and compliance standards.
• Foster a positive work environment and maintain a respectful team atmosphere.
