Job summary

AYR Wellness, Inc. is seeking a Patient Advocate for a Florida dispensary. You will deliver an extraordinary customer experience, provide product knowledge, and support store operations to ensure compliance and smooth daily activities.

You will assist management, handle customer orders, keep the store clean and welcoming, and help meet sales targets while maintaining a compassionate, inclusive environment for patients and adult-use customers alike.

Qualifications

• Must stay current with state cannabis agency policies and regulations.
• Must meet age requirement as per state cannabis agency.
• Able to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency.
• Able to accommodate varied shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and a personalized experience to customers by explaining benefits of Premium Cannabis products.
• Resolve customer questions quickly and communicate unresolved issues to management.
• Process orders using POS and inventory systems in compliance with policies.
• Assist in keeping the dispensary stocked, clean, tidy and operating with a Customer first focus.
• Meets/exceeds day-to-day sales targets within each dispensary by following the customer experience selling cycle.
• Assist management to ensure regulatory and compliance standards are followed.
• Foster a positive work environment, showing respect and curiosity about cannabis.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager or Store Lead.
• Ensure restrooms and other areas are clean, safe, and guest-ready.
