You will support the management team, assist with daily duties, maintain a welcoming environment, and contribute to a team focused on compassionate, high-quality service for medical patients and adult-use customers alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in cannabis retail or similar customer service role preferred.
• Able to pass background checks as required by state cannabis agency.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide knowledge about premium cannabis products to support purchases.
• Resolve customer questions quickly and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Process orders using POS and inventory systems in compliance with policies.
• Maintain clean, organized dispensary environment and stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Help meet daily sales targets by delivering excellent customer service and product recommendations.
