AYR Wellness, Inc. seeks a Patient Advocate to deliver an extraordinary customer experience in our Florida dispensary. You will engage with patients, provide knowledgeable product guidance, and help ensure a compassionate environment while supporting store operations and compliance.

You’ll work with the management team to maintain accurate order processing, inventory control, and a welcoming, compliant retail space that reflects our commitment to quality and patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Must stay current with state cannabis policies and regulations.
• Must meet age requirement per state cannabis agency.
• Able to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency.
• Able to accommodate varied shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Aufgaben

• Provide knowledgeable, personalized customer experiences highlighting Premium Cannabis products.
• Resolve customer questions or concerns quickly and communicate unresolved items to management.
• Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill customer orders using POS and inventory systems.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and operational dispensary environment with a customer-first focus.
• Meet or exceed daily sales targets through effective product suggestions and service.
• Assist management in ensuring procedures reflect regulatory and compliance standards.
