AYR Wellness, Inc. is seeking a Patient Advocate for our Orlando dispensary.

You will provide an extraordinary experience to customers, explain benefits of Premium Cannabis products, and support the management team with daily store operations while following policies and procedures. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality, pass state background checks, and can work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred
• Must understand customer experience and product benefits
• Able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Responsabilités

• Provide knowledge and guidance on Premium Cannabis products to customers
• Resolve customer questions or concerns promptly and escalate as needed
• Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill customer orders using POS and inventory systems
• Maintain clean, organized dispensary and ensure products are stocked
• Support management to meet sales targets while following policies and compliance standards
• Foster a positive, respectful work environment and excellent customer experience
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Ensure restrooms and store areas are guest-ready and safe
