Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking a Patient Advocate in Florida to deliver an exceptional customer experience within a medical cannabis dispensary. You will guide patients on product benefits, answer questions, and ensure smooth operations under state regulations, while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere for patients and visitors.

You will collaborate with the management team to meet customer experience targets, support daily dispensing activities, and help uphold compliance and safety standards

Qualifications

• Must pass background checks as required by state cannabis agency.
• Able to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and a personalized experience to customers about premium cannabis products offered.
• Resolve customer questions quickly; escalate to management as needed.
• Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill orders using POS and inventory systems.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and compliant dispensary environment.
• Support management to follow regulatory standards.
