Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking a Patient Advocate to deliver an extraordinary customer experience in our Florida dispensary. You will engage patients, explain product benefits, and help drive a welcoming, compliant store environment that supports both medical patients and adult-use customers.

In this role, you will assist the Management Team with daily operations, adhere to policies, and contribute to a culture of inclusion and generosity of spirit.

Qualifications

• Must stay current and adhere to all policies and regulations of the state cannabis agency.
• Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agency.
• Able to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency.
• Able to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provides knowledge, guidance, and a personalized experience to each customer by explaining benefits of Premium Cannabis products.
• Ensures customer questions or concerns are resolved quickly and completely; communicates requests to management.
• Receives, coordinates, and fulfills customer orders using POS and inventory systems in compliance with policies.
• Maintains a clean, well-stocked, and patient-first dispensary environment while assisting in operations.
