Job summary

AYR Wellness, Inc. is seeking a Patient Advocate to deliver an extraordinary customer experience in our Florida dispensary.

You will provide compassionate, knowledgeable guidance on Premium Cannabis products and help manage day-to-day store operations with a focus on inclusivity and exceptional service. Responsibilities include handling customer questions, coordinating orders via POS systems, and assisting the Management Team to maintain regulatory compliance and a welcoming store environment

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality, pharmacy, or retail.
• Ability to pass background checks and adhere to state regulations.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, personalized assistance to customers about cannabis products.
• Resolve questions or concerns quickly and escalate when needed to management.
• Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill customer orders using POS and inventory systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized dispensary environment with a customer-first attitude.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets while following regulatory guidelines.
• Support management in ensuring procedures align with compliance standards.
