Job summary

AYR Wellness, Inc. is seeking a Patient Advocate for its Florida dispensary to provide an extraordinary customer experience and answer questions on premium cannabis products. You will support store operations while upholding compassionate, respectful service across the patient and guest base.

The role emphasizes compliance, a clean and welcoming store environment, and collaboration with management. A High School diploma and 1–3 years in cannabis retail or related customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service approach and the ability to engage with customers respectfully.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and guidance to customers on cannabis products and benefits.
• Resolve customer questions promptly and escalate to management as needed.
• Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill orders using POS and inventory systems in compliance with policies.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized dispensary to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Meet daily sales targets through personalized product recommendations and upselling where appropriate.
• Assist management to ensure procedures reflect regulatory and compliance standards.
• Foster a positive work environment and uphold the company’s standards of service.
