You will engage with patients, explain benefits of Premium Cannabis products, and support the Management Team with store operations while adhering to policies. The role emphasizes compassionate service, regulatory compliance, and a proactive approach to learning about cannabis products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years' cannabis retail experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in hospitality, pharmacy, or retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and guidance to customers on premium cannabis products.
• Resolve customer questions quickly and coordinate with management as needed.
• Process orders using POS and inventory systems following policies.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, customer-focused dispensary environment.
• Assist management to ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met.
• Support a positive team atmosphere and a curious approach to cannabis knowledge.
• Ensure dispensary appearance is clean, safe, and guest-ready.
