Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in cannabis retail or related customer service.
• Able to pass state-required background checks.
• Able to accommodate varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, personalized customer experiences explaining product benefits.
• Resolve customer questions or concerns promptly; escalate to management as needed.
• Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill customer orders using POS and inventory systems in compliance with policies.
• Maintain clean, organized dispensary environment and stock readiness to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Support management to ensure regulatory and compliance standards are followed.
