Qualifications

• Must comply with state cannabis agency policies.
• Must meet age requirement as defined by state cannabis agency.
• Able to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency.
• Able to accommodate varied shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and guidance to customers by explaining potential benefits of Premium Cannabis products.
• Resolve customer questions or concerns quickly; escalate to management when needed.
• Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill orders using POS and inventory systems in compliance with policies.
• Maintain a clean, stocked dispensary and engage customers with a friendly, service-oriented approach.
• Meet or exceed daily sales targets through the customer experience selling cycle.
• Assist management in ensuring procedures align with regulatory and compliance standards.
• Foster a positive work environment with respect and curiosity about cannabis.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager/Store Lead.
• Ensure the dispensary areas, including restrooms, remain clean and guest-ready.
