Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking a Patient Advocate to deliver an extraordinary customer experience in our Saint Augustine dispensary. You will engage with patients and adult-use customers, share knowledge about Premium Cannabis products, and help create a compassionate, inclusive environment that respects policy and safety.

Support the management team with daily store operations, accurately process orders at the POS, keep shelves stocked and clean, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of cannabis retail or related customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and accommodate varied shifts.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and personalized experiences to customers about Premium Cannabis products.
• Resolve customer questions quickly and communicate unresolved concerns to management.
• Accurately receive and fulfill orders using POS and inventory systems in compliance with policies.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and guest-ready dispensary environment.
• Support management to ensure regulatory and compliance standards.
