Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Order Fulfillment Agent to support its statewide seed-to-sale tracking and internal sales portal. You will report to the Order Fulfillment Manager and ensure orders are tracked accurately while addressing discrepancies.

Responsibilities include manifests, paperwork, data accuracy, and inventory coordination. A fast-paced environment with safety and regulatory compliance is expected, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working around plant material.

Qualifications

• Experience training and mentoring junior staff or new hires.
• 1+ year in factory/production/manufacturing with measurable goals.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Experience with point-of-sale applications.
• Knowledge of medical cannabis laws and cannabis industry exposure.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to work around plant material (dust/pollen).
• Ability to sit/stand/kneel and perform repetitive motions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a role model and resource for staff regarding products, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Create and update manifests for outgoing deliveries.
• Review manifests for incoming products and follow up on concerns.
• Complete required company and state paperwork in an organized, timely manner.
• Resolve data discrepancies with the Order Fulfillment Manager and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with management to ensure accurate information and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state and local cannabis laws and regulations.
• Coordinate inventory-tracking procedures with the Order Fulfillment Manager.
• Assist employees in documenting information throughout procedures.
• Assist onboarding, training, and integration of new hires.
• Accurately reflect cannabis and non-cannabis inventory in tracking systems.
• Conduct compliance checks on finished goods, including label verification.
• Maintain safety standards for employees, products, and facility.
