Job summary

Lazy River Products in Massachusetts is seeking a dependable Fulfillment Associate to process customer orders, maintain inventory integrity, and ensure compliance with state regulations. You will work under retail managers on duty and report to the General Manager, handling both in-store and online orders as part of a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail order fulfillment is required (2-3 years preferred).
• A high school diploma or GED is required, college degree preferred.
• Inventory experience is a plus.
• Experience with Dutchie is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process walk-in and online orders via Dutchie.
• Package customer orders with correct quantities and product(s).
• Maintain product quality by checking expiration dates, weight, and lab results for compliance.
• Notify leadership when inventory is low to ensure accurate menu information.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of Fulfillment vault.
• Complete inventory counts at start/end of day.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge on state/local cannabis laws and LRP policies.
• Assist in start/end of day procedures.
• Ensure safety standards for staff and products.
