Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Order Fulfillment Agent in Mount Joy to ensure accurate tracking of orders in our statewide seed-to-sale system and internal portal. You will report to the Order Fulfillment Manager and help ensure all shipments are correctly documented and discrepancies resolved.

The role requires 1+ year in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, strong MS Excel skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Cannabis regulatory knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a factory or production setting with measurable goals.
• 2–3 years in a fast-paced production environment preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel; prior POS experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of cannabis industry regulations is preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Able to manage time and multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Must maintain safety standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a role model for production staff on policies and procedures.
• Create and update manifests for outgoing deliveries.
• Review incoming product manifests and follow up on issues.
• Complete required paperwork in an organized, timely manner.
• Work with Fulfillment Manager to resolve data discrepancies.
• Coordinate with management to provide accurate information.
• Ensure compliance with state and local cannabis laws.
• Coordinate inventory-tracking with Fulfillment Manager.
• Assist onboarding, training, and integration of new hires.
• Reflect cannabis and non-cannabis inventory accurately in systems.
• Perform compliance checks on finished goods and verify labels.
• Maintain vigilance for safety of staff, products, and facility.
