Job summary

Connected International, Inc. (Connected Cannabis Co.) in Sacramento is seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate. Under limited supervision, you will perform order processing, shipping, and distribution of materials in a fast-paced distribution environment.

This full-time role, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, requires at least 2 years of distribution experience and comfort with WMS software. You will support fleet drivers, ensure quality control, and adhere to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of distribution experience.
• Willingness to learn about Connected products and understand the industry.
• Knowledge of software applications that allow for effective customer support, generation of reports and internal presentations.
• Ability to identify and document problems related to the product, process, or quality and recommend solutions.
• Self sufficient, is able to work with limited or no direction; can take initiative and provide the team with direction.
• Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment, maintain composure in high stress situations and prioritize deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle and store product in distribution environment
• Adhere to BCC issued compliance regulations
• Ensure outbound product receipt meets quality control standards
• Confirm order shipments in WMS
• Submit completed orders to Distribution Admin for manifesting
• Support Fleet Drivers with loading outbound orders
