Job summary

Lazy River Products in Massachusetts seeks a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to process walk-in and online orders, ensure accurate quantities, and maintain inventory integrity. You will work under Retail Managers on duty and report to the General Manager to help deliver a compliant, high-quality customer experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail order fulfillment, a high school diploma, and comfort with Dutchie.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail order fulfillment experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience with Dutchie is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders via Dutchie and in-store.
• Package orders with correct quantities and ensure proper labeling.
• Verify product weight, expiration dates, and lab results for compliance.
• Notify leadership when inventory is low to keep menu accurate.
• Maintain fulfillment vault organization and cleanliness.
• Perform daily inventory counts at start and end of day.
• Stay knowledgeable about all products and applicable cannabis laws.
• Follow policies and contribute to process improvements.
