Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull inventory from the pick-pack area and enter products into the sales order.
• Build and update customer profiles on the POS system.
• Assist with online order processing and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding account creation and questions.
