Job summary

Lazy River Products is seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to efficiently process customer orders and maintain strict compliance with state regulations in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires accurate packing, inventory management, and daily counts while upholding safety standards. Candidates should have 1 year in retail order fulfillment and familiarity with Dutchie.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail order fulfillment; 2-3 years preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Inventory experience is a plus.
• Experience with Dutchie is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process walk-in and online orders via Dutchie.
• Package orders with correct quantities and exit bag.
• Verify expiration dates, product weight, and lab results for compliance.
• Notify Retail Leadership when inventory is low.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of Fulfillment vault.
• Request product from IA or TL to restock Fulfillment as needed.
• Complete inventory counts at start and end of day.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and comply with laws.
• Maintain organization and appearance of facility by daily upkeep and light cleaning.
• Assist in start of day and end of day procedures.
• Maintain safety standards for employees, products, and the facility.
• Follow state and local cannabis laws and updates.
• Follow policies and contribute to new procedures as necessary to perform duties.
• Additional duties as assigned.
