Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Shift Lead for Everest Cannabis Co in Las Cruces, New Mexico. You will support store leadership to ensure compliant operations and an exceptional customer experience.

Key duties include leading daily customer service, handling cash with accuracy, managing inventory, and training team members on procedures. This non-supervisory role keeps the store running smoothly across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Cannabis product knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math.
• Reliable, punctual, strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless store operation and support Store Director and Assistant Manager.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product guidance.
• Assist with cash handling, daily reconciliation, and reporting.
• Maintain organized store and assist with inventory control.
• Collaborate with team on improvements and promotions.
• Handle returns and exchanges to ensure a smooth process.
