Job summary

C3 Industries is seeking a Sales Associate for the High Profile Cannabis Shop in Cape Girardeau, MO. You will deliver outstanding customer service, upsell products, and guide customers through state-compliant purchases.

You’ll greet customers, verify IDs, handle POS transactions, and help maintain a well-stocked, welcoming sales floor. This role requires 1+ years of service experience and flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ customer service experience.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to pass background check.
• Familiarity with state cannabis regulations preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Experience with POS and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service to customers by making their experience the top priority.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and conversion rate goals.
• Greet customers upon entry and verify ID.
• Assist with questions on state required forms; update customer information.
• Maintain dispensary area and stock during downtime.
• Educate customers on cannabis properties and product selection.
• Fill online orders quickly while keeping customer experience in mind.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on cannabis trends.
• Accurately use the POS system and cash handling.
• Assist with product intake, inventory counts, and audits.
• Collaborate with management to increase sales and foot traffic.
• Ensure compliance with dispensary policies and regulations.
