C3 Industries, a multi-state cannabis retailer, is hiring a Sales Associate for the High Profile Cannabis Shop in Pineville, MO. Deliver world-class customer service and drive sales with personalized product recommendations.

You will verify IDs, process online orders, maintain a clean sales floor, stay compliant with state regs, and operate the POS system. Must be 21+, flexible nights/weekends; HS diploma; background check.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Commitment to hitting KPIs regularly.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of state/local regulations preferred.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass background check.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Must obtain and maintain required state licenses where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service and make the customer experience a top priority.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and conversion goals using effective techniques.
• Greet customers, verify IDs upon entry.
• Assist with state-required forms and update customer info in system.
• Maintain a stocked sales floor and clean waiting area.
• Educate customers on cannabis properties and product selection.
• Fill online orders quickly while keeping customer experience in mind.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain product and strain knowledge; stay current on cannabis trends.
• Accurately use and maintain the POS system and cash handling policies.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits; support management to grow sales.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, security, and schedules.
