C3 Industries is seeking a Sales Associate for its High Profile Cannabis Shop in Stratford, CT. You will deliver world-class customer service, guide customers through product selection, and perform upselling to drive store performance.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, verifying IDs, processing orders, maintaining the floor and inventory, and ensuring compliance with state/local regulations. 21+ and background check required; evenings and weekend shifts supported.

Qualificações

• 1+ years’ customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices.
• Commitment to reaching KPIs.
• Effective multitasking and prioritization.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of state/local regulations preferred.
• Able to pass a background check and be 21+.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain required state licenses by location.

Responsabilidades

• Provide top-tier customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and conversion rates as defined by store leadership.
• Greet customers and verify IDs at entry.
• Assist customers with state forms and update customer information in the system.
• Keep the waiting area and sales floor stocked.
• Educate customers on cannabis properties and product selection for desired effects.
• Fill online orders quickly and accurately.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain product, brand, and strain knowledge; stay current on cannabis trends.
• Use and maintain the POS system accurately.
• Follow cash handling policies and complete daily cash reporting.
• Assist with product intake, inventory counts, and audits.
• Collaborate with management to increase sales and foot traffic.
• Support dispensary policies and compliance with regulations.
