C3 Industries operates the High Profile Cannabis Shop in Stratford, CT, and is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure superb customer service. Qualifications

• 3+ years customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience opening and closing a retail store or restaurant preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices.
• Commitment to reaching KPIs regularly.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of state/local regulations preferred.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain required state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and verify IDs on entry.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and conversion goals.
• Assist customers with questions on forms and update POS data.
• Maintain and stock the sales floor and waiting area.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and effects.
• Process online orders quickly and accurately.
• Model strong sales and customer service behaviors.
• Handle complaints professionally with management support.
• Stay up to date on cannabis trends and compliance.
• Open/close store and assist with inventory and deposits.
