Ascend Wellness Holdings, New Bedford, is seeking a Dispensary Supervisor to lead daily retail operations in a fast-paced cannabis store. You will uphold top customer service, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance in collaboration with the management team.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, managing inventory, training associates, and ensuring accurate cash handling and POS use, while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Cannabis industry experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and capable of handling retail tasks.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service to customers.
• Uphold policies for sales and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products/strains and train team members.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions to management.
• Guide associates in product consultations and responsible cannabis use.
• Delegate tasks during shifts: cash handling, POS/data entry, deliveries check.
• Ensure store security, cleanliness, and organized operations.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff with management.
