Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service to customers.
• Follow policies for sales and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and train team members accordingly.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management about stock needs.
• Oversee daily tasks, cash handling, POS use, and data entry accurately.
