Qualifications

• Cannabis experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong retail math skills required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic.
• Understanding of applicable state and local laws and regulations for the industry.
• Must be compliant with cannabis regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Clear and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service to customers.
• Follow and uphold policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and strains, train others with product knowledge.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate items with management.
• Consult with customers to ensure correct product choices based on cannabis methods.
• Delegate tasks during shifts with cash handling, POS use, and data entry.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and ensure security and safety compliance.
• Keep the store organized and clean; manage the visitor log.
• Send end-of-day updates and manage vault accuracy.
• Collaborate with management to run store operations smoothly and compliantly.
• Handle daily activities, issues, and complaints; perform opening/closing procedures.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff.
