Ascend Wellness Holdings in Monaca, PA is seeking a Dispensary Supervisor to oversee daily retail operations at the cannabis store and support the management team. You will maintain top-tier customer service while ensuring regulatory compliance and company standards.

Qualifications

• Cannabis industry experience preferred and knowledge of local/state regulations.
• Strong math skills for retail transactions and audits.
• Proven customer service excellence and leadership abilities.
• Ability to train staff and maintain inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily dispensary operations and support store management.
• Maintain best-in-class customer service and regulatory compliance.
• Train staff on product knowledge, POS usage, and security procedures.
• Monitor inventory, assortments, and order deliveries with leadership team.
• Open/close procedures and daily communications, including end-of-day updates.
