This role requires 2+ years in retail supervisory settings, cannabis knowledge, strong math and communication skills, and dedication to safety and regulatory standards. Flexibility with schedules is valued and growth opportunities are available.

Qualificações

• Cannabis experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role in retail POS operations.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Understanding of applicable laws & regulations in cannabis industry.

Responsabilidades

• Provide best-in-class customer service to customers.
• Follow and uphold policies for sales and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and industry trends; share with team.
• Monitor and maintain inventory; communicate action items with management.
• Assist associates in consulting customers on product choices and methods of cannabis consumption.
• Delegate tasks; ensure cash handling accuracy and POS data entry; verify deliveries.
• Ensure security measures, safety compliance, and orderly store operations.
• Lead onboarding and training of new staff with management.
