Ascend Wellness Holdings, Monaca, is hiring a Dispensary Supervisor to support day-to-day operations of the dispensary store and assist the management team in maintaining best-in-class customer service and regulatory compliance. The role requires leadership qualities and solid knowledge of inventory and product lines.

The supervisor will motivate staff, uphold policies, and ensure accurate cash handling, POS use, and data entry while maintaining a compliant, welcoming retail environment.

Qualifications

• Cannabis experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong retail math skills required.
• 2+ year in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic.
• Understanding of applicable state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry.
• Must be compliant with regulatory requirements for cannabis industry.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.

Responsabilités

• Provide best-in-class customer service to customers.
• Follow and uphold established policies for sales and customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of products and train team members.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate items with management.
• Assist customers in selecting products and understanding consumption methods.
• Delegate tasks, ensure cash handling accuracy.
• Ensure POS accuracy and data entry in POS/inventory systems.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and maintain store security.
• Keep store organized, clean, and safe.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff with management.
