Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Dispensary General Manager to lead day-to-day retail operations at our on-site location, including staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, and compliance to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

You will hire and develop a high-performing team, manage cash handling, vendor relations, and be the face of our culture of service, safety, and compliance in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail or cannabis environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a team passionate about medical cannabis and service.
• Lead by example to uphold service, pace, positivity and energy.
• Manage staffing, training, scheduling, and store operations.
• Oversee inventory management, cash handling, and compliance adherence.
• Provide mentorship and performance feedback to staff.
• Maintain store appearance, customer flow, and product displays.
• Ensure adherence to state regulations and company policies.
