Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Dispensary General Manager to lead day-to-day operations at the Worcester store, focusing on staffing, training, scheduling, buying, visual merchandising, cash and inventory management, and compliance adherence.

You will interact with patients, oversee staff performance, and uphold the company culture while driving revenue and ensuring high-quality patient experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a service-oriented team passionate about cannabis and patient care.
• Lead by example with service, pace, positivity and energy.
• Support and maintain Jushi’s mission and culture of positivity.
• Mentor and assess staff, drive training and performance reviews.
• Oversee training materials, sessions, and staff development.
• Follow policies and procedures for customer service, staff management, inventory, cash handling, state compliance, and safety.
• Identify process improvements to support company growth and store efficiency.
• Manage scheduling to balance revenue and overhead costs.
• Perform daily inventory audits and record sales by category; ensure accuracy.
• Oversee end-of-month inventory reconciliations and report discrepancies.
• Develop vendor relationships and manage inventory levels.
• Ensure accuracy in cash handling front and back of house.
• Guide patients on cannabis products, dosing, and usage methods.
• Address concerns diplomatically and coordinate with Regional Dispensary Manager and teams.
• Maintain comprehensive cannabis knowledge and safety standards.
• Present a professional image in appearance, actions, and communications.
• Adhere to city and state regulations at all times.
• Receive deliveries, place purchase orders, and maintain records.
• Complete daily/weekly tasks as assigned by Regional Manager.
• Keep store neat, organized, and clean.
• Generate engaging displays and update merchandising to attract customers.
• Troubleshoot MJ Freeway, coupons, and patient issues diplomatically.
• Monitor competition and gather market insights.
• Support employee initiatives and team-building activities.
• Assist with events and specials outside regular hours.
• Report issues to Regional Dispensary Manager, Inventory Manager, and Director of Retail Operations in real time.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a compliant, smooth-running store aligned with BEYOND / HELLO’s values.
