Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service.
• Excellent computer and technical skills, including POS and payment terminals.
• High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, math, language, and reasoning skills.
• Must be comfortable handling high-volume cash.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a team passionate about medical cannabis and service.
• Lead by example with service, pace, positivity and energy.
• Train staff by developing materials and sessions to meet company initiatives.
• Follow policies and ensure compliance with customer service, inventory and safety guidelines.
• Maintain store scheduling to drive revenue while controlling costs.
• Oversee daily and monthly inventory and fix discrepancies in real time.
