You will lead a fast-paced team, ensure regulatory adherence, build vendor relations, and drive store performance while mentoring staff and maintaining strong store standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Ability to manage cash handling and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a team passionate about medical cannabis and service.
• Lead by example with service, pace, positivity and energy.
• Train staff by reviewing and delivering training materials.
• Follow policies and procedures for customer service, staff management, and compliance.
• Develop process improvements to support company growth.
• Maintain scheduling to drive revenue and control overhead costs.
• Oversee inventory and daily/End of Month reconciliations.
