Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Dispensary General Manager for our Tyngsborough, MA store.

You will oversee day-to-day retail operations, staffing, training, scheduling, buying, visual merchandising, cash handling, inventory, and compliance to ensure an outstanding patient experience. The role requires leadership in a fast-paced environment, strong customer service, and a deep knowledge of cannabis products, dosing, and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; degrees preferred.
• 5+ years in dispensary/retail/call center or hospitality.
• Strong computer skills including POS and card processing.
• Ability to manage cash handling and high-volume transactions.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a team passionate about medical cannabis and service.
• Lead by example with service, dedication, pace, positivity, and energy.
• Support and maintain Jushi’s mission and culture of positivity.
• Mentor, motivate and inspire staff through training and reviews.
• Train store staff by updating training materials and sessions.
• Follow policies and execute programs for customer service and compliance.
• Identify process improvements to support growth.
• Maintain thoughtful store scheduling to drive revenue.
• Perform daily inventory audits and ensure accuracy.
• Oversee end-of-month inventory reconciliations and discrepancies.
• Develop vendor relationships and manage inventory levels.
• Ensure accurate cash handling at front and back of house.
• Guide patients with cannabis recommendations and dosing.
• Handle concerns diplomatically and interface with leadership teams.
• Maintain knowledge of cannabis forms, potency, and quality metrics.
• Present a professional image and comply with regulations.
• Receive deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Keep store neat, organized and compliant; support events and promotions.
• Troubleshoot issues with MJ Freeway and coupons.
• Evaluate competition and share insights with management.
